Great experience although I did not have to have a root canal and was referred back to my primary dentist.
It was excellent!! No complaints felt very comfortable along with my daughter lakayla who I felt was in perfect hands and knowing it was a black woman was great to know it gives me much hope in life and for lakayla. Thanks for everything.
Hello, I thank you for a visit which was pleasant in all regards. I give the entire staff high marks for making me feel comfortable and welcome. The only specific comments I have are these: 1) i appreciated the detailed explanation of the procedure to take place and the possible outcomes. 2) The assistant to the doctor was a hoot (can't believe I can't remember her name). Great experience on SHEATS in Cool Springs. Dr. J. Sheats is very professional and he promptly did the surgery on the same day of the consultation. Also great team of assistants, especially Carrie.
